By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phtaaya platform available at phtaaya.org (hereinafter referred to as "phtaaya," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phtaaya platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of phtaaya following any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use phtaaya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phtaaya from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phtaaya, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from phtaaya or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phtaaya or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

phtaaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

To access phtaaya's gaming and betting services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process on the Platform. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Select a strong, unique password for your phtaaya login and keep it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify phtaaya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phtaaya conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by applicable regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

phtaaya reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where phtaaya reasonably suspects that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.

phtaaya supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All transactions on the Platform are conducted in PHP, and no currency conversion fees are applied by phtaaya. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to the processing limits imposed by the respective payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Payment Methods: phtaaya accepts GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. phtaaya reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your phtaaya account dashboard.
• Fees: phtaaya does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtaaya accepts no responsibility.

phtaaya reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

phtaaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phtaaya reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your phtaaya account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: phtaaya reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• Changes: phtaaya may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform where reasonably practicable.

Players who have an active bonus on their phtaaya account may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Please review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

All games available on the phtaaya platform, including casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets, are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in any game or betting market on phtaaya, you agree to the following:

• All game outcomes on phtaaya are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes, as applicable. phtaaya does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that bet, subject to any applicable rules regarding void bets.
• phtaaya reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome or the odds displayed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the decision of phtaaya's gaming system and management shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

phtaaya's sports betting platform covers PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sporting events. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaaya platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phtaaya platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaaya staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without authorization.

All content on the phtaaya platform, including but not limited to the phtaaya brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of phtaaya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtaaya platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phtaaya content without prior written authorization.
• Use the phtaaya name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any phtaaya content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of phtaaya's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phtaaya.

phtaaya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on phtaaya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phtaaya is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Key points regarding your data include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• phtaaya does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaaya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phtaaya platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phtaaya's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of phtaaya.

phtaaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phtaaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phtaaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure for cause, phtaaya reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by phtaaya, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phtaaya support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and wagering requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of phtaaya, or any transaction conducted on the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting phtaaya support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint.

phtaaya will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full response within ten (10) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal dispute resolution, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

phtaaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phtaaya will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the phtaaya platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using phtaaya and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
